Refund & Credit Policy
Plain-English on subscription cancellations and credit-pack refunds.
Subscriptions
Cancel any time. Access continues till the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate the unused portion of the current month.
Pilot plan guarantee
If we cannot get you to a first qualified lead within 14 days of pilot start, we refund the ₹4,999 in full.
Credit packs
Credit packs are non-refundable but valid for 12 months. Unused credits expire at the end of the validity window.
How to request
Email support@cualify.in with your invoice number. Refunds (where applicable) hit the original Razorpay payment method within 7 working days.
