We started Cualify because the existing AI voice tools felt like American developer toys bolted onto Indian telephony — DIY, USD-priced, English-default, compliance-optional. The Indian SMB needed something different: opinionated playbooks, INR billing with GST, Indic voices that don't make customers wince, and DPDP/DLT done by the platform, not the operator.

How we operate

• Customer-funded. We bootstrap. The first ₹100 of revenue funds the next ₹100 of build. Pricing reflects actual cost-of-goods, not burn-rate maths.
• India-first, not India-only. Mumbai residency, Hindi/Tamil/Telugu by default. LATAM and SEA are on the 2027 map, not the 2026 one.
• Building in public. Status page, changelog, security incidents — all public. We'd rather lose a deal than ship surprise downtime.
